This masterclass was hosted by Orange Wine Festival as part of Wine to Asia – the new trade fair for the wine sector professionals in the Asia Pacific Area organized in Shenzhen by Veronafiere Group - Vinitaly in partnership with Pacco Communication. The masterclass dedicated to top Orange Wines from Slovenia is to be broadcasted on W2W Verona Exhibition - Digital Edition. The wines presented at the event are made according to the principles set out in the Orange Wines Declaration of Conformity: maceration, i.e. the process during which the must remains in contact with the grape skins, must last a minimum of 36 hours, the grapes must be self-grown and handpicked, the oenological interventions of the winemaker should be kept to a minimum and the total sulphites content may not exceed 75 mg/l.
