PRIVACY POLICY

This Regulation defines the procedures and measures for the protection of personal data kept in personal data collections managed by the Poslovne storitve, Matjaž Žigon s.p., Grčarevec 8, 1370 Logatec. This policy provides measures for insurance in the collection, processing, storage, transmission and use of personal data obtained through a contact form or via an e-mail. In matters not governed by this Regulation, the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data are directly applicable.

The purpose of collecting and processing your data
We collect the following types of personal information:
• E-mail address;
• Name and surname, address, phone number, your interest (which fair you are interested in);
• Cookies;
• Google Analytics
• Links to personal profiles on social groups.
 
We collect and process personal information in accordance with the purpose for which you have provided us.
We need your personal information for the following services:
 
• E-mail address for answering your e-mail messages or messages sent through contact forms and for sending e-news;
• E-mail address for automated marketing;
• Name and Surname, Address, E-mail and Telephone Number for sending offers, inquiries or related to the fulfillment of your other requirements;
• Cookies for the operation of the website;
• Communication through social groups with personal profiles that confirm the connection with us;
• Aggregated Google Analytics tracking data and internal analytics to improve content.
  
What we do with personal information
Your personal data is processed in the Poslovne storitve, Matjaž Žigon s.p., Grčarevec 8, 1370 Logatec, located in Slovenia. Hosting and storing data is in http://mz-consulting.org, located in Slovenia.
No third-party provider has access to your data, unless required by law. We will not transfer personal data to third parties and we will not disclose them publicly, except for the selected contract partners, which are also bound by the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
As an individual you are acquainted and agree that the provider may entrust individual tasks with regard to your data to other persons (contracted processors).
Contractors may process the data entrusted solely on behalf of the tenderer within the limits of the tenderer's authorization:
- providers of data processing and analytics;
- maintenance of IT systems;
- providers of sending emails
- providers of online advertising solutions (eg Google, Facebook).

How long do we keep them?
We will keep the personal information you provided to us when registering, report to e-news or submit a request, we will keep it until canceled. You can cancel your consent to collect and process your personal information at any time. The revocation of the consent does not affect the legality of the collection and processing of data before revoking the consent. All other personal data in the context of contractual cooperation shall be kept in accordance with applicable law. We store personal data in computer form.
Our computer systems are protected by technical and organizational measures that prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration and unauthorized disclosure or access to your personal information.
The data we collect is stored on secure servers and stored until your cancellation, but not longer than the maximum retention time.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access data, the right to correct data, the right to limit processing, the right to delete data, and the right to transfer data relating to you.
