PORDENONE FIERE presents CUCINARE 2022, the 9th edition of the event devoted to the world of "foodies" and hospitality professionals that will take place from 9 to 11 April 2022 in the Pordenone exhibition center. CUCINARE reconfirms itself as an event able to attract the attention of foodies, cooking enthusiasts and restaurant owners from all over North Eastern Italy, in addition to food and wine sector professionals, hotel, wine bars, bars and public houses managers and buyers, invited to freely visit the fair after their registration.

The 2020 edition of CUCINARE saw the presence of 180 exhibitors and 18,000 visitors, attracted also by the intensive programme of events: more than 130 scheduled appointments during the 4 days of the fair, including cooking classes, tastings, practical demonstrations and above all show cooking with the most famous Italian chefs with special attention to the leading players of the best professional kitchens of the Northeast Italy.

SPECIAL AREAS OF CUCINARE:

VINUM: The exhibition review dedicated to wine companies with comparative moments, courses and wine tastings with experts of the wine sector;
BEER&CO: Craft breweries and beer firm with with exhibition stands and guided tastings;
CUCINARE GREEN: The focus on the world of biological food, vegan food and natural cuisine;
CUCINARE KIDS: Children's culinary initiatives;
