Andrea Batazzi is a multidisciplinary expert with 32 years of professional experience in the sectors of international development co-operation, international trade, PR and organization of promotional events and specialised consulting to SMEs:

• trading, international marketing and consulting services to SMEs ;

• planning and management of promotional budgets, external relations activities, organization of promotional events and planning and support to Trade Missions to Europe;

• institutional aspects of export promotion and investment promotion activities;

• significant experience of the implementation problems linked to the realisation of Emergency Food Aid programmes in the Developing Countries. Specific experience of the impact, the logistics and the utilisation of freeze – dried products.

• projects appraisal and monitoring, feasibility studies and country profiles ;

• agency agreements for the distribution of products in the Italian market;

• participation in multidisciplinary missions in the framework of development co-operation projects (SME’s development programmes, trade policies evaluation, analysis of the socio-economic aspects in the Developing Countries)

In the framework of his professional activities Mr. Batazzi had the opportunity to visit many countries acquiring a capacity to work in difficult environments and learning about different mentalities. My multidisciplinary experiences have certainly helped me to develop teamwork capacity and to acknowledge working procedures related to the implementation and the realisation of projects funded by International agencies, bilateral and multilateral co-operation and Small and medium sized companies.
