THE INDUSTRY LOOKS EAST |
|
Cold cut exports towards non-EU countries saw an upward trend in the first half of 2019. This included a particularly strong performance in the United States with 7.3% growth in value. This is the economic scenario that emerges from the analysis conducted by Assica, the Meat and Cold Cut Producers’ Association. |
Engagement with foreign markets is continuing in the lead-up to 2021. Following the success of the B2B matching initiatives with companies from Mexico and Maghreb, a new appointment with buyers from Eastern Europe and Russia is already scheduled for November 2020 It will include visits and meetings with MEAT-TECH exhibitors. |
