The MUMAC Academy - the Cimbali Group's Coffee Machine Academy - providing courses for sector professionals and coffee lovers, has trained more than 500 participants since January this year.
It has developed the INEI, IIAC and SCAE teaching modules selecting internationally famous teaching staff with the goal of disseminating know-how, passion and coffee culture.
