PORDENONE FIERE presents CUCINARE 2020, the 9th edition of the event devoted to the world of "foodies" and hospitality professionals that will take place from 13 to 15 February 2021 in the Pordenone exhibition center. CUCINARE reconfirms itself as an event able to attract the attention of foodies, cooking enthusiasts and restaurant owners from all over North Eastern Italy, in addition to food and wine sector professionals, hotel, wine bars, bars and public houses managers and buyers, invited to freely visit the fair after their registration.
The edition 2020 of CUCINARE saw the presence of 180 exhibitors and 18,000 visitors, attracted also by the intensive programme of events: more than 130 scheduled appointments during the 4 days of the fair, including cooking classes, tastings, practical demonstrations and above all show cooking with the most famous Italian chefs with special attention to the leading players of the best professional kitchens of the Northeast Italy.
