Sigep, now in its 40th edition, confirms it's undisputed international leadership as trade fair dedicated exclusively to professional operators around the world in the artisan gelato, pastry and baking sectors, together with that of coffee.
An extraordinary exhibition which anticipates trends and innovations of the 4 sectors: raw materials, ingredients, plants and equipment, furnishing and services. It is a show that rewards excellence worldwide, presents new formats; develops international networking and doing business grow.
The ENTIRE WORLD at Sigep: International relations are ensured by a network of collaborators in forty countries. To bring supply and demand together in the most efficient manner, the project Top Buyers from Five Continents has been operating for years, enabling exhibitors and foreign buyers to schedule their agenda of meetings to be held at the expo.
Sigep EDUCATIONAL: International contests, technical demos, seminars and conferences are an integral part of what SIGEP has to offer and are perfect opportunities for communication and exchange between companies, trade members, media and trade associations representing the entire production chains and the sector’s opinion leaders. A series of contests staged during SIGEP and around the world during the year ensure that artisan gelato is a key player in every season and at all latitudes: The Gelato World Cup, the selections of the teams held in each continent, the Gelato World Tour
Since 2014 there is also the www.sistemasigep.com platform, useful for opening gelato parlours all over the world; since 2015 SIGEP is collaborating on the prestigious project for the certification of Italian Gelato parlours abroad, with the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The 7th International Congress of pastries, ice creams, confectionary and original desserts Interslast 2018 took place in Tuheljske Toplice. More than 300 participants and 110 competitive teams in 7 categories tasted nearly 200 kinds of cookies from different parts of the world.
The Croatian and Slovenian team qualified for Sigep's World Junior Pastry Championship. See more...
HOW TO GET FREE PROFESSIONAL ENTRANCE TICKETS FOR SIGEP 2019
We inform visitors to SIGEP fair in Rimini that free tickets are available upon registration for professional visitors coming from Alpe -Adria region (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo or Albania). If you would like to get free ticket please fill in and submit the form and mark SIGEP fair you are interested in and that you would like to visit the fair. You will receive the free ticket directly from Rimini.
The system for free tickets will close on 11th January 2019.
