The forthcoming edition of SIGEP has a spectacular programme of events lined up, focusing entirely on pastry-making of the highest level: the crème-de-la-crème of the profession will perform live in the Pastry Arena and their performances will be streamed over the dedicated web channel on the Sigep website.

THE PASTRY QUEEN IS IN THE 2018 SPOTLIGHT

Now at its 4th edition, the Championship will bring together 12 of the best lady pastry cooks from all over the world. Competing for the title of Pastry Queen this year, they are arriving from Australia, Brazil, Colombia, the Philippines, France, Japan, India, Morocco, Mexico, Russia, Thailand and the USA.
Roberto Rinaldini, creator and president of the Championship says "The Pastry Queen is the world's only competition that gives visibility and opportunities to ladies, highlighting their professionalism".
Theme of the competition is "the astrology".
Honorary President is Maestro Iginio Massari and President of the Jury and current Champion is Silvia Boldetti.
