The document is valid for the duration of the expo and must be shown on arrival to the expo’s service staff for access to the Press Room (south entrance, centre foyer, right-hand balcony).

The sixteen Rimini Fiera halls await 175,000 trade members from all over the world. At the Expo, over a thousand companies playing a key role in a dynamic economic sector that is aggressively focused on international development. Visits already booked by foreign buyers from 34 nations, the Rimini Fiera expos draws 20% of their visitors from abroad (34,646 at the previous edition).
GREAT INTERNATIONAL EVENTS Expectation for the Junior World Pastry Championship (9 teams from five continents); at the Pastry Arena the sculptures of the international Star of Sugar contest and also the International Pastry&Chef Festival, an insight on the best traditions and pastry making schools from five continents, combining training and innovation; plus the Festival of Nations to pay tribute to confectionery culture from all over the world.
SIGEP will host the official presentation of the 2015 Gelato World Tour and the SIGEP Gelato d’Oro event to select the four members of the Italian team for the Gelato World Cup at SIGEP 2016; in the Bread in the City bakery area, an international competition proposed at A.B.TECH EXPO with eight international teams, 16 contestants and an international panel of judges chaired by Switzerland. Then there is the Bread Talent Show, a contest dedicated to product innovations.
For the coffee world, as well as the Italian barista championship, there will also be the presentation of the Barista & Farmer talent show, which will be held in Honduras in 2015. RHEX will host Food Factor, show cooking with award-winning chefs.
SIGEP and the other expos can be reached directly by train, thanks to the on-site railway station (on the main Milan - Bari line), just 50 yards from the expo’s south entrance (timetable info on the Web sites www.riminifiera.it/stazione or www.trenitalia.com).
