Vinitaly is back with its twice-a-month appointment with news from the world of wine, exclusive content and interviews with leading exponents!

Today we highlight the companies taking part in Opera Wine 2023 - 130 cellars selected by Wine Spectator highlighted during the prestigious Vinitaly preview event on 1 April 2023. Then comes the turn to follows the trend for sparkling wines aged underwater with Akènta Sub from Alghero-based wine-makers Santa Maria la Palma: here physics and magic join forces with the sea currents off the bay of Porto Conte.
