Verona, 15 January 2015 – A research at Girona Hospital and University of Reus in Spain, suggest that following a Mediterranean diet with extra virgin olive oil for two years increases levels of  osteocalcin and P1NP concentrations in the blood, with beneficial effects on bones. Read more…
