MODULAR VERTICALITIES

During the 59th edition of Marmomac 2025, The Plus Theatre showcased four exhibitions dedicated to innovation and marble design. Among these, the exhibition ADI - Vertical Modularities, explored the role of marble in modular prefabricated architecture, highlighting how this material can integrate into modern, efficient, and sustainable construction systems.

The exhibition emphasised that adopting off-site construction methods is a strategic lever for innovation in the building sector. The industrialisation of marble components can reduce construction time and costs by up to 50% compared to traditional methods, while ensuring quality control, environmental sustainability, and high performance of the final product.

Thanks to the possibility of working marble in three-dimensional forms and with variations in colour and texture, each module becomes a unique element that combines functionality with a substantial aesthetic impact.
