Marmomac Re-Start Digital Edition Report 2020

Dear visitor,  Marmomac ReStart Digital Edition - the digital version of the landmark trade fair in the natural stone sector and the first 100% online event organised by Veronafiere - ended on Friday 2 October.  Two hundred and ten companies linked up over the three days of the event (111 international from 22 countries), as well as 3,951 operators comprising including 1480 natural stone processing operators, 709 distributors, 230 plant and machinery builders and 290 architects.  A total of 4,975 operators accessed the platform (60% from 135 countries), as well as 200 top-buyers invited by Veronafiere and ICE-Italian Trade Commission.  First place among visitors attending Marmomac ReStart Digital Edition was taken by Italy, followed by India, Brazil, the United States, Turkey and Spain, reflecting the target countries in terms of supply and demand. The Marmomac Academy also turned in an impressive performance with a wide-ranging programme dedicated to training and promotion of culture in the natural stone field. Events involved 67 speakers, 892 participants during 158 live or streamed digital events, including webinars, company presentations, country focus meetings (Brazil, China and the United States) and refresher courses for architects and designers.
