The 2015 edition closed with visits by 65,000 operators in four days. International attendance expanded to 23% of total. Excellent synergy with Vinitaly and Enolitech. Satisfaction among exhibiting companies interviewed. The event returns to Veronafiere 10-13 April 2016.
An enjoyable menu that meets increasingly international tastes. The 2015 edition of Sol&Agrifood (22-25 March) achieved 65,000 visitors from 80 countries. These buyers and professionals arrived at Veronafiere's b2b exhibition to discover excellence in agro-foods: olive oil in the forefront, of course, but also pasta, delicatessen meats, confectionery specialities, cheese, honey, sauces, balsamic vinegar, small-brewery beers and coffee. World-renowned or niche products in any case sharing high quality were the absolute protagonist of the exhibition (www.solagrifood.com).
TAKE 2# EMPHASIS ON INNOVATION AT ENOLITECH
Satisfaction among exhibitors at the 18th international Wine-Growing and Cellar Techniques/Olive-Growing and Olive Oil Technologies Exhibition held 22-25 March. Companies highlighting product innovations and personalised services achieved particular success. Visitors increased over 2014 to 42,000, with 20% from 68 foreign countries. Next edition scheduled 10-13 April 2016.
Founded in 1998 as "service" trade fair for exhibitors and visitors to Vinitaly and Sol – the International Olive Oil Show (now Sol&Agrifood), thanks to its broad range of products covering all the needs of wine and olive oil production, from technical growing systems to service and consumption accessories, Enolitech (www.enolitech.it) - the International Wine-Growing and Cellar Techniques/Olive-Growing and Olive Oil Technologies Exhibition continues to play this role to the full by growing year after year in step with demand for innovation among sector operators (www.enolitech.it).
This year visitors increased compared to 2014, coming to 42,000, with 20% from 68 countries. Two hundred exhibitors included companies from France, Switzerland, United States, Taiwan and Germany.
