“GELATERIA ITALIANA” PROJECT PRESENTATION
In the context of SIGEP, the world’s most important expo for the artisan gelato chain, a project has been launched that is useful for highlighting Italian gelato parlours abroad in order that they are recognized by clients for their qualified products, which are now also certified.
The project was the outcome of the work group organized last summer by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at which participants included the Ministry for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, Assocamerestero, IS.NA.R.T. and SIGEP - Rimini Fiera.
The official presentation of the "Gelateria Italiana” project will highlight the procedure, its potential and benefits for the entire artisan gelato chain.
