From 21 September to 11 October, the streets and squares of Verona become the setting for a journey dedicated to natural stone, bringing together art, design and contemporary architecture.

Marmomac is the moment when Verona becomes the world capital of marble and natural stone. For four days, companies, professionals and industry operators come to the city to meet, build new relationships and shape a system that brings together businesses, expertise and territories.

With Marmomac and The City, the event continues to tell this story in the heart of the city, involving some of its most iconic locations with installations, artworks and design interventions, where Verona’s historic heritage meets contemporary design.

The 2026 edition, developed in collaboration with White Carrara and under the artistic direction of Domenico Raimondi, strengthens the ties between some of Italy’s leading natural stone districts and the municipalities of Verona, Carrara and Pietrasanta, through a project celebrating the value of Made in Italy. The contribution of internationally renowned designers and companies specialising in stone processing showcases the material’s endless possibilities through innovative languages and new design visions.

More than an exhibition, Marmomac and The City is a cultural itinerary inviting residents and visitors to discover Verona from a new perspective, through art, design, architecture and public space.
