The Gelato World Cup is approaching and Carpigiani is supporting the 12 competing teams thanks to its global sales network. The Carpigiani dealers are opening their laboratories to allow the chefs to test their creations with specialized technicians and the very technology that will be used during the Finals at Sigep 2020, such as the Maestro HE ** batch freezer and the Turbomix which will complete the equipment range of each of the 12 boxes, and the Pastomaster HE that will be placed in the common area. Not to mention the Carpigiani Gelato University instructors ready to give support to competitors. We are looking forward to this spectacular event!
