Sponsored business visit to SIGEP fair in Rimini

Our Office is preparing a sponsored business visit with B2B meetings at the SIGEP fair in Rimini. This program is dedicated to selected professionals from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania operating as:
- Distributors in the sector of of artisan ice-cream, pastry, bakery, pizza;
- Producers of Ice-cream
- Distributors in the foodservice sector
- Restaurant chains, Fast-food chains, cruises, parks
A key advantage of the programme is the possibility to arrange pre-scheduled business meetings with exhibitors of interest before arriving in Rimini. After the application is accepted, through the dedicated online platform, each business visitor will be able to select and confirm meetings with companies of interest between 1 December 2026 and 15 January 2027.
The sponsored business visit as a business visitor gives you many advantages sponsored by the fair organizer:
- 3 nights' hotel accommodation in a 4-star hotel, B&B treatment, single room, for 1 person per company
- Flight reimbursement up to €200
- Transfer from and to the arrival/departure airport, Bologna or Rimini
- Daily transfer from the hotel to the exhibition venue and back
- Interpreter support during business meetings, if requested
- Free entrance badge and free catalogue copy
- Buffet lunch at the exhibition centre
- Personal assistance from our staff before and during the business mission in Rimini
Each buyer accepted for the programme will be requested to schedule 10 business meetings directly through the Sigep online platform. The meetings will take place at the exhibitors' booths on the day after arrival. On the following day, buyers will have the opportunity to freely visit the fair and explore additional companies, products and business opportunities.
For a selected number of Business visitors there will be also a Speed-meeting session, on Sunday 24th January.
The platform is very easy to use, and all selected participants will receive detailed instructions in advance.
