The voice of the exhibitors of Zoomark International
Italian and foreign exhibitors shared with us their expectations for Zoomark International 2021 and their vision for the near future. Here are the words of some of them.

Zoomark is a milestone for the pet industry, it is a very important focal point for companies every two years. Vaccines, the arrival of the summer and advancements in treatment could lead to real progress: the key thing is that we have to look and move forward. Last year went well, in terms of sales, but we need to be vigilant.
We are looking forward to this event to meet all old and new customers. We were very successful at the last Zoomark event and would like a repeat of that. I believe if you have good products that are well made and well priced the trend will continue to go up. Some will fail but would have failed anyway, with or without a global epidemic. You must also today be very concerned about the environment and especially focus on the wellbeing of the pets.
In-person events are invaluable. Taking part in an event like Zoomark International requires a project, preparation and presence: for us it's a great team building activity. The market is very strong. Last year went well and it's going well now. But conditions are distorted by the habits generated by the pandemic. We have to expect to see some changes, and these will not affect all sectors of the pet industry in the same way.
The companies in the industry are keen on being physically present at the show and so are the trade visitors. It will give rise to the positive momentum. In all honesty, Zoomark has taken the right decision for the entire pet industry. The whole pet industry has seen a positive increase in sales. Swastik Industries applauds the step Zoomark has taken and we are always striving for the betterment of the pet industry.
In the light of the unprecedented events of recent months, we have all realized how much more complex it is to do business and how important relationships, social interaction and opportunities to meet in person are. We can presumably expect to see the growth and consolidation of the entire production and distribution system, not only in the short term but also in the medium term.
As Zoomark has grown, Takigawa's presence is reflecting this expansion. We see general growth of end consumer demand covering multi-channel distribution solutions always focusing on getting a "happy purchase experience". The other growing trend is the global expectation for high quality recyclable packaging to limit the food waste that has a huge impact on the environment.
