Incoming Buyers' Program

The objective of the Incoming Buyers Program is a general tour of the fair and business meetings with representatives of companies that will be exhibiting in Milan.

Being part of the buyers' program gives you many advantages sponsored by Fiera Milano:

• 2 nights in 4 Star Hotel in a single room (Check-in 24.01 - Check-out 26.01) - bed & breakfast treatment;
• Return flight in economy; 
• Every day shuttle transport from the hotel to the exhibition and from the exhibition to the hotel;
• Access to the fair;
• Access to the platform MyMatching (where buyers and exhibitors can schedule the meetings);
• Personal assistance from our staff before and during the mission in Milan.

Buyer's commitment:

Each selected Business Visitor is requested to follow the plan with seriousness, schedule meetings with the exhibitors before the beginning of the fair using the Mymatching Platform (at least 6 meetings for each day spent at the fair are required) and report to us within the last day the meetings' agenda with exhibitors' signature.

Who can apply? 

The delegation will be organized for a limited number of selected representatives of companies from the sector (buyers) coming from Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, and Turkey.
