For its 16th edition, the Italian Exhibition Group event, has doubled the space dedicated to soft and holistic disciplines and, from June 2nd to 5th, at Rimini Expo Centre, the public will be able to get in touch with a rich offer of lessons, meetings and paths designed to help you find your inner energy and complete psychophysical well-being. No matter the level of knowledge, thanks to the internationally renowned trainers, it will be possible to experiment at several levels the different declinations of these techniques - from the most traditional to the most modern - in addition to Yoga and Pilates, with sessions open to all.

All the souls of Yoga: one of the main novelties of the event is 'Yoga on stage', the project organized in partnership with the ReYoga brand (Hall A1) designed to be a meeting place between the most important Italian teachers and the public (experts and non-experts) to demonstrate the beauty and benefits that this discipline can offer through lessons dedicated to different techniques such as Poweryoga, Hatha flow, Vinyasa Ladder Flow and many others.

During the four days of the trade show, in the already known Devayogamind Inner Zone (Hall D3), Sayonara Motta will introduce some new Yoga Therapy sessions, such as Yoga & Somatic Moves, a new approach to more traditional yoga that combines the classic Hatha asanas Yoga with movements that allow you to regain voluntary control over the contracted muscles, gradually teaching you to regain awareness of the area ofthe body concerned to improve mobility. In addition, it will be possible to practice with the IPATH® method, a Restorative Yoga technique which consists of a specific sequence of positions aimed at postural therapeutic alignment.

Relaxation and health in the Bio Stage area: an important space is also reserved for the Bio Stage area (Hall A1), an experiential place to immerse yourself in the world of bio-disciplines that promote the well-being of the person and help maintain psychophysical balance through exercises such as stretching of the 5 elements, postural pilates, Yin Yoga etc.

Among the reconfirmations are AntiGravity® Fitness, defined as the yoga of the present and the future, through which to discover the world upside down thanks to the soft hammocks and trapezes of enveloping fabric - specially created by Christopher Harrison, founder and artistic director AntiGravity® - that allows you to perform suspended dynamic sequences, defying the force of gravity with 360° multidimensional movements, without weight and joint compression; BodyFly Zone, an open space environment in which the bodymental coach Gennaro Setola will hold sessions dedicated to the discipline of the same name he conceived that uses the Flyboard, an ergonomic and multifunctional curved wooden board. The Fluxo Outdoor Activity specialists are also back and will be present for the second consecutive year with many disciplines such as Acroyoga, Functional Foot Training, different styles of Yoga, Ninjutsu, Pilates, Mobility and many others.

Finally, the TAO National Massage School and the Wellness Study Center School will be available in the Relax Zone for all those who want to treat themselves to a moment of relaxation and experiment with various types of treatments. 12th edition for Pilates Junction Pilates enthusiasts cannot miss Pilates Junction, the training and study space dedicated to the discovery of all the fields of application of this discipline, now in its 12th edition. From Thursday June 2nd to Sunday June 5th, the best professionals in the sector will hold conferences and workshops to propose practical solutions, new ideas and highlight the advantages that the physic can derive from them.
