THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY FOR PEOPLE COMING FROM SLOVENIA OR CROATIA

CASE A

If you fall into one of these cases:
- Vaccinated with third dose (booster) and recognized by the E.M.A.* vaccine
- Vaccinated with two doses of recognized by the E.M.A.* vaccine (second dose made for less than 6
months)
- Healed less than 6 months and in possession of the certificate of recovery
- Vaccinated with two doses of not recognized by the E.M.A.* vaccine, but with a Pfizer or Moderna booster
dose made from 28 days and up to a maximum of 6 months from the completion of the primary cycle.

✓ Fill in the D.A.F.N.E. form to enter Emilia-Romagna Region. Click here for the instructions.
✓ Bring with you the EU Digital Certificate or other equivalent certification which proves the
vaccination (with completion of the vaccination cycle for at least 15 days) or recovery

TO ENTER THE EXPO CENTRE AND ACCESS TO SERVICES (Transport, Hotels, Restaurants)

✓ Bring with you the EU Digital Certificate or other equivalent certification which proves the
vaccination (with completion of the vaccination cycle for at least 15 days) or recovery

CASE B

Vaccinated with two doses recognized by E.M.A.* vaccine (the second dose has been carried out
for more than 6 months)
- Healed for over 6 months and in possession of the certificate of recovery
- Vaccinated with a not recognized by E.M.A.* vaccine

TO ENTER ITALY

✓ Fill in the digital Passenger Locator form - DPLF
✓ Fill in the D.A.F.N.E. form for the entrance in Emilia Romagna Region. Click here for the instructions.
✓ Bring with you the EU Digital Certificate or other equivalent certification which proves the vaccination
(with the completion of the vaccination cycle for at least 15 days) or recovery
✓ Do a rapid or molecular swab test before leaving in order to arrive in Italy with a still valid swab (the
validity of the rapid swab is 48 hours, of the molecular one is 72 hours)

TO ENTER THE EXPO CENTRE AND ACCESS TO SERVICES (Transport, Hotels, Restaurants):

✓ Bring with you the EU Digital Certificate or other equivalent certification which proves the vaccination
(with the completion of the vaccination cycle for at least 15 days) or recovery
✓ Bring with you a negative result of a rapid antigen swab test carried out in the previous 48 hours or
a molecular swab test carried out in the previous 72 hours

 

The vaccins approved by E.M.A. (European Medicines Agency) are at the moment:

Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNtech)
Spikevax (Moderna)
Vaxzevria (Astrazeneca)
Jansen (Johnson & Johnson)
Nuvaxovid (Novovax)

Equivalence of vaccinations certifications issued by other countries
The vaccinations certificates which are different from the EU Digital Certification/Green Pass must have at
least the following information:
• identification data of the holder (name, surname, date of birth);
• Vaccine data (name and batch);
• date(s) of vaccine administration;
• identification data of the issuer of the certificate (State, health authority).

The paper and/or digital vaccinations certificates must be produced, in one of the following languages:
Italian; English; French; Spanish, German.

If the certificate is not issued in one of the five above mentioned languages, it must be accompanied by a
sworn translation.

The healing certifications must contain at least the following contents:
- identification data of the holder (name, surname, date of birth);
- information on the holder's previous SARS-CoV-2 infection, following a positive test (date of first positive
swab test);
- identification data of the person who issued the certificate (State, Health Authority).

All certifications of healing, in paper and/or in digital format, must be accompanied by a sworn translation in
Italian
